Stop and Frisk / Gun Banning

Our Elected Officials have no respect for our Constitutional Rights, they wish to violate and infringe upon them at every opportunity that arises. But, the Courts are smacking them down, like the Bad-Dogs that they are. Evanston's Stop and Frisk policy by its Gestapo Style Police is under fire! A recent Ruling by a Federal Court has found Stop and Frisk to be UnConstitutional. The same has happened to the Evanston, Handgun Ban and soon... the so called Assault Weapons Ban will be struck down as UnConstitutional. We need to focus on the 150,000 Criminal Gang Members, that the FBI has reported, live in Chicago. Do not be complacent and allow the bureaucrats to convince you to surrender your Constitutional Rights. Speak out and take action to defend the Liberties that so many have fought and sometimes died to insure you would have them. It is the governments primary responsibilty to protect the citizens from harm, by criminals or enemies... Foreign or Domestic, while recognizing and respecting our Constitutional Rights. Remember, only the Second Amendment included the words, "Shall not be Infringed".  It was and is that important.
