The rise in drug addiction is among Caucasians not African Americans

There's been a lot of debate about the town's plan to put in crime surveillance cameras in the neighborhoods with high African American populations.  However, it's important to note that the rampant epidemic of drug use in our region is not among African Americans but among Whites.  Most illicit drug users in our country are White and the percentage is increasing.  The cameras, if put in, need to be in the White neighborhoods, not the African American ones.
