3rd Man Charged in 2013 Assault on Woman with Mental Disabilities
He was arrested for a sex assault in a park in August. Two other men had previously been charged.
A third man has been charged in an August sexual assault of a 25-year-old woman with mental disabilities, according to an article in the Evanston Review.
Jabraun J. Hill, 20, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant Sunday, the article says. Jabrey Hill, 20, and Anthony Foster, 22, were previously charged. The assault took place in a park in the 1400 block of Foster Avenue on Aug. 25.
