A Chicago man was killed on Sheridan Road this weekend when he lost control of his bike.

Evanston police say alcohol may have contributed to the crash that killed a Chicago motorcyclist on Sheridan Road in Evanston on Saturday morning, according to an article in the Evanston Review.

Maxwell M. Cronk, 38, was not wearing a helmet and was driving at a “high rate of speed” when he lost control of his bike, according to an article in the Daily Northwestern. The accident occurred Saturday at about 7:40 a.m. near Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
