Driving Under the Influence

Michael John Donnelly, 51, of the 900 block of Chicago Avenue in Evanston, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence in the 500 block of Chicago Avenue at 11:44 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, police reported. 

Cash Stolen From Video Store Safe

Someone stole more than $500 in cash from the safe of a video store in the 1900 block of Central Street between 9 p.m. Sunday, July 22, and 2 p.m. Monday, July 23, according to police.

Stolen Bicycles on Dodge and Mulford

Someone stole a black, white and red Next 16” mountain bike with a ripped seat from the common area of an apartment building in the 1800 block of Dodge Avenue between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, according to police. 

Someone stole a Cannondale bicycle with a black metal bottle holder attached to it from a locked apartment storage locker in the 800 block of Mulford Street between 6:30 and 7:26 p.m. Monday, July 23, police reported. 

Burglary From a Motor Vehicle

Someone stole an iPhone charger and vehicle registration documents from a 2002 Nissan parked in the 900 block of Reba Place between 7 p.m. Monday, July 23, and 7 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, according to police. 

Stolen Extension Ladder

Someone stole a silver extension ladder that was left unattended in an apartment parking lot in the 1800 block of Brummel Street between 6 and 7:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, police reported.  

Stolen License Plate

Someone stole a temporary license plate from a 2001 Honda parked in an alley in the 1900 block of Church street between 8:48 p.m. Monday, July 23, and 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, according to police.

Unlawful Delivery of Cannabis

Steven Doycceli Robinson, 30, of the 1900 block of Darrow Avenue in Evanston, was arrested and charged with unlawful delivery of cannabis in the 800 block of Davis Street at 2:15 a.m. Monday, July 23, according to police. 

Criminal Damage to Property

Ryan Charon Daley-Seaton, 21, of the 2100 block of Briar Hill Drive in Schaumburg, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Ridge Avenue at 7:26 p.m. Sunday, July 22, police reported. 

Disobedience to a Police Officer

Lashon Howard, 18, of the 1800 block of Hartrey Avenue in Evanston, was arrested and charged with disobedience to a police officer at his home at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, according to police. 

Graffiti

Police reported finding graffiti on a garage in the 1400 block of Judson Avenue. It appeared there between noon Thursday, July 19, and 8:30 a.m. Monday, July 23, according to police.
