Burglar Steals Laptop, Bike On Noyes

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Computer, Bike Stolen in Burglary on Noyes

Someone entered an unlocked home in the 1400 block of Noyes Street between 5 a.m. and 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2, and stole an HP laptop computer, cash and a bicycle, according to police.

Car Burglaries on Ashland, Kedzie

Someone broke into a 2008 Honda in the 400 block of Ashland Avenue between 11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, and 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, and stole a Samsung cell phone and Garmin GPS, according to police.

Someone broke into a 2006 Buick and 2009 Jeep parked in an apartment lot in the 500 block of Kedzie Street between 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, and 8 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28, and stole cash, an iPod Nano and a Garmin GPS, police reported.

Wallet Stolen From Gym Locker

Someone removed the lock from gym locker and stole a wallet between 6 and 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1, in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue, according to police.
