Burglar Steals Laptop, XBox On Washington

The following information was reported by the Evanston Police Department on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Where arrests are included, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Burglar Steals Laptop, XBox On Washington

Someone stole a black and grey Dell laptop computer, a Macbook laptop, XBox 360 game system and Nikon camera from an unlocked home in the 1800 block of Washington Street between 11 and 12 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, according to police.

Cell Phone, Subwoofers Stolen in Car Burglaries

Someone stole a cell phone from an unlocked 2008 Toyota Corolla parked in the 2100 block of Warren Street between 8 and 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, police reported.

Someone stole black subwoofers in a gray carpeted box from a Ford parked in the 1100 block of Simpson Street between 12 p.m. Sunday, May 19, and 7:43 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, according to police.

Thief Steals Bike Tire On Custer

Someone stole a Bontrager bicycle tire from an unlocked apartment storage locker in the 300 block of Custer Avenue between 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, and 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, according to police.
