Car Burglar Steals GPS, Radar Detector

The following information was reported by Evanston Police on Wednesday, Nov. 27. Where arrests are included, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Arrests: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Domestic Battery

A 34-year-old Evanston man was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, according to police.
Terry Williams, 50, of the 1400 block of Chicago Avenue in Evanston, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, police reported. 

Car Burglar Steals GPS, Radar Detector
A car burglar broke the window of a 2005 Chevrolet parked in the 200 block of South Boulevard and stole a Magellan GPS and Escort radar detector between 10:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, and 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, according to police.

Tires Slashed On Forestview
Someone slashed the tires of a 2009 GMC parked in the 2200 block of Forestview between 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, and 7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, according to police.
