Man Charged With Domestic Battery
A 44-year-old Evanston man was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 12:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, according to police.

Car Burglar Steals Tools
Someone stole tools from an unlocked 1998 Ford parked in the 1000 block of Dodge Avenue between 5:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, and 7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 19, according to police. 

Wrought-Iron Fencing Stolen on Thayer
Someone stole wrought-iron fencing from a home in the 3000 block of Thayer Street between 1:19 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, and 6:25 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, according to police.

Graffiti Appears on Electrical Box
Graffiti appeared on an electrical box at Church Street and Orrington Avenue at 9:02 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, according to police.
