Evanston Police Arrest Suspected Drug Dealer in Skokie

Evanston police executed a search warrant at a home in the 8700 block of N. Trumbull Avenue in Skokie on Monday afternoon, and arrested two men.

Evanston police charged two Skokie men with drug offenses after police found 147 grams of cannabis during a search of their home, according to police 

Investigators from the police department’s special operations group executed a search warrant at around 3:40 p.m. Monday, April 8, in the 8700 block of N. Trumbull Avenue in Skokie, police said.

Paul House, 29, of the 8700 block of North Trumbull in Skokie, was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of cannabis, both felony counts.

Justin Lamerdin, 23, also of the 8700 block of Trumbull Avenue in Skokie, was charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of cannabis, police said.

Both men are set to appear in Cook County Circuit Court in Skokie at 10:30 a.m. on May 3.
