Furniture, Bedding, Electronics Stolen in Burglary

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Arrests: Retail Theft, Domestic Battery, DUI

Danielle Lorean Evans, 20, of the 7300 block of North Sheridan Road in Chicago, was arrested and charged with retail theft at 7:03 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, at the Target at 2209 Howard St., according to police.

A 39-year-old Evanston man was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 4:27 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, police reported. 

Adam David Ware, 37, of the 4200 block of Northeast 77th Avenue in Portland, OR, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at 11:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, in the 600 block of Sheridan Square, according to police.

Dawan Dontae Watson, 23, of the 500 block of North Valerie Lane in Addison, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at 2:34 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, police reported. 

Report of Shots Fired on Laurel

Police investigated a report that someone had fired a gun at the intersection of Laurel Avenue and Emerson Street between 11:20 and 11:26 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, police reported.

Woman Strikes Victim On Church Street

A known female offender struck her victim on the shoulder at a business in the 600 block of Church Street at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, police reported.

Residential Burglaries On Marcy, Clyde

Someone entered an unlocked window and stole a Dell laptop computer, Xbox gaming system and cash from a home in the 2400 block of Marcy Avenue between 7:15 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, police reported.

A man stole a Panasonic DVD player, DVDs, iPod, set of Ralph Lauren sheets and towels, a Honeywell space heater and dining chair from an apartment in the 100 block of Clyde Avenue between 12 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, according to police. 

Pontiac Ransacked On Lincolnwood

Someone ransacked the interior but stole nothing from a 2001 Pontiac that was parked in the 2100 block of Lincolnwood Drive between 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, and 12 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, police reported.

Man Throws Brick Through Car Window

A man threw a concrete brick through the window of a 2007 Chrysler parked in the 1100 block of Washington Street between 9:25 and 9:36 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5, police reported. 

Bike Stolen on Ridge Avenue

Someone stole a Trek bicycle with a metal rear rack with baskets and a bell on the handle bars from an apartment parking lot in the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue between 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, and 11:04 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, police reported.   

Makeup Stolen On Central Street

A man and a woman stole Cover Girl makeup and eyeliner from a chain pharmacy in the 3300 block of Central Street between 8:00 and 8:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, according to police.

Man Steals Motorcycle Battery, Tire From Auto Garage

A man stole a motorcycle battery and motorcycle tire from an auto repair shop in the 1500 block of Emerson Street between 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, and 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, according to police. 

Flowers Destroyed In Front of Athletic Club

A female known offender destroyed the flowers in front of an athletic club in the 2100 block of Ashland Avneue between 8:44 and 8:55 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, police reported.
