Man Charged With DUI
Salvador Sanchez, 43, of the 2500 block of West Fitch in Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at 3:15 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, at Case and Custer, according to police.

Gunfire Reported at Custer and Dobson
Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun at Custer and Dobson at 7:43 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1. Nothing was found in the area, according to police.

Car Burglar Steals Cell Phone
Someone stole an iPhone from the open window of a 2013 Dodge parked in an alley in the 900 block of Grey Avenue between 7 and 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, police reported.
Bike Stolen On Hinman
Someone stole a black Cannondale bicycle with red brake pads from an apartment or condo common area in the 600 block of Hinman Avenue between 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, and 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, according to police.
Man Damages Flower Pots
A man damaged flowerpots in the 1000 block of Washington Street at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, according to police.
