Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun in the 1700 block of Greenwood Street between 9:31 and 10:31 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, according to police.

Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun in the 1700 block of Brown Avenue at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7. Nothing was found in the area.

Woman Charged With Disorderly Conduct

Lataunya F. Bounds, 37, of the 1300 block of Dobson Street in Evanston, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at her home at 9:48 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, police reported.

Catalytic Converter Taken On Ridge

Someone stole a catalytic converter from a 2006 Honda parked in the lot of an apartment in the 700 block of Ridge Avenue between 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, and 9:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6, police reported.

Colorado License Plate Stolen on Michigan

Someone stole Colorado license plate 802VIF from a 2008 Subaru parked in the 500 block of Michigan between 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, and 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, according to police.

Windshield Wiper Broken On Laurel

Someone broke a windshield wiper on a 1990 Buick parked in an alley in the 1800 block of Laurel Avenue between 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, police reported.

Graffiti Appears On Howard

Graffiti appeared in a parking lot in the 2400 block of Howard Street at 2:36 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, according to police.
