The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Arrests: DUI, Cannabis Possession
A 29-year-old Evanston man was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 1:38 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, according to police.

Leon Fogue-Wambo, 45, of the 1000 block of Dodge Avenue in Evanston, was arrested and charged with contributing to the dependency of a minor at 3 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, at the station, according to police.

Greg L. Hoskins, 39, of the 500 block of Sheridan in Evanston, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis at 5:22 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, in the 600 block of Sheridan Square, according to police.

Maurice M. Mackenzie Jr., 21, of the 1700 block of Hartrey in Evanston, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis at 2 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, in the 1300 block of Dobson Street, according to police.

Cuberto Rivera-Ruiz, 48, of the 7200 block of Damen Avenue in Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at Howard Street and Ridge Avenue at 11:54 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, according to police.

Julio Soriano, 29, of the 1900 block of Cleveland in Evanston, was arrested and charged with resisting or obstructing justice in the 1800 block of Cleveland Street at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, according to police.

Tyler Nelson Woods, 20, of the 2900 block of Simpson in Evanston, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver outside his home at 12:05 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, according to police. 

Gunfire Reported on Sherman, Jackson
Evanston police investigated a report that someone fired a gun at Sherman Avenue and Emerson Street around midnight Sunday, Dec. 8. Nothing was found in the area.

Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun in the 1900 block of Jackson Avenue at 1:33 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7. Nothing was found in the area.

Burglar Damages Apartment Door on Jackson
Someone damaged the door of an apartment in the 1900 block of Jackson Avenue between 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, and 2:40 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, according to police. 

Car Burglar Enters Vehicle On Dempster
Someone entered a 2010 Toyota parked in a driveway in the 200 block of Dempster Street and stole nothing between 10:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, and 8:45 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, according to police.

Known Offender Steals Cash on Sheridan
A woman stole cash from an apartment in the 500 block of Sheridan Road between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, police reported. 

Women Steal Vodka On Main
Three women stole three bottles of Ciroc vodka from a department store in the 2400 block of Main Street between 6:27 and 6:40 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, according to police. 

Graffiti Appears at Church and Asbury
Graffiti appeared at Church Street and Asbury Avenue between Nov. 6 and Dec. 6, according to police.
