Gunfire Reported On Greenwood, Dodge

Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun in the 1800 block of Greenwood Street at 7:52 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12. Nothing was found in the area.

Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun in the 1700 block of Dodge Avenue at 10:01 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12. Nothing was found in the area. 

Burgar Steals Wedding Ring, TV On Brummel

A burglar pried open the rear door of a home in the 1900 block of Brummel Street between 7 and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, according to police. A 17-inch Dell laptop, platinum wedding ring, Nixon men’s wrist watch, various women’s jewelry, 61-inch Sony flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system, video games, and Nintendo DS handheld video game system were reported missing.

Car Burglars Steal Perfume, Purse, Etc.

Someone stole cash, a black shirt, blue blouse, Bath and Body works perfume and a drivers license from an unlocked 1999 Hyundai parked in the 2000 block of Lake Street between 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, and 8 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, according to police.

Someone stole a black and grey Coach purse from a 2012 Nissan that was parked in an alley in the 1900 block of Emerson Street between 5:01 and 5:11 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, police reported. 

Lawn Mower Stolen From Front Yard

Someone stole a lawn mower from the yard of a home in the 1500 block of Monroe between 8:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, according to police. 

Thief Steals Tailgate From Chevrolet

Someone stole the tailgate from a 2007 Chevrolet that was parked in the 1200 block of Fowler Avenue between 1 and 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, police reported.
