Laptop Stolen From Church Office

Laptop stolen from church

A Sony laptop was reported stolen from a church in the 900 block of Chicago Avenue on April 14.

Stolen auto

A car parked in the 1400 block of Maple Avenue was reported stolen on April 11.

Stolen alcohol

Food and alcohol were reported stolen from a grocery store in the 2700 block of Green Bay Road on April 14.

Shots fired

Police responded to a shots fired complaint in the 1700 block of Brown Avenue on April 15 around 10:27 p.m. Officers canvassed the area but found nothing, the report stated.

Retail theft

Rudolph Crier, 57, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft on April 14. Crier was arrested in the 1900 block of Grey around 11:20 a.m., the report stated.

David Johnson, 44, was charged with retail theft on April 15. Johnson was arrested in the 1700 block of Simpson Street around 6:10 p.m.

Assault

Hector Hernandez, 21, of Chicago, was charged with assault on April 15. The offender was arrested in the 1200 block of Dewey Avenue around 7:35 p.m.
