Individual Charged with Cannabis Possession

Jabrey Hill, 19, of the 1400 block of Foster Street in Evanston was charged with possession of cannabis on Dec. 23. Hill was arrested in the 1900 block of Dodge Avenue around 9:00 a.m., according to police.

Michael Karouzos, 26, of the 4800 block of West Catalpa Avenue in Chicago was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on the 1200 block of Howard Street on Friday, Dec. 21 at 12:00 p.m., according to police.

Shots Fired at Residence
