Arrests: Trespass to Vehicle, Domestic Battery
Anthony Vincent Cody, 19, and Lisa A. Cody, 45, of the 1800 block of Dempster Street in Evanston, were arrested and charged with trespass to a vehicle at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, in the 2400 block of Dempster Street, police reported.

A 76-year-old woman was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 5:41 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, according to police.

A man gave his Spring Samsung Galaxy II cell phone to his friend and did not get it back when he asked for it, according to police. The incident happened between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Brummel Street and Ridge Avenue.
Cell Phone Stolen From Classroom
Someone stole a cell phone from a classroom at a school in the 1200 block of Davis Street between 9:30 and 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 18, police reported.
Copper Gutters Taken From Church
Someone stole copper gutters from a church in the 1000 block of Greenwood Street between 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, and 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, according to police.
