Men Wearing Masks Display Gun, Steal Cash, Pizza
Two men wearing masks and all black clothing displayed a handgun and demanded property from someone in the 700 block of Dodge Avenue at 7:25 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, according to police. They stole the victim’s cash, Apple cell phone and JB Alberto’s pizza.

Yvette C. Bariffe, 38, of the 8400 block of McCormick Boulevard in Skokie, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at 10:47 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, in the 1200 block of Howard Street, police reported.
Michael L. Calloway, 23, of the 2300 block of Noyes Court in Evanston, was arrested and charged with assault at 3:57 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, in the 1000 block of Hinman Avenue, according to police.

Syed Najeeb Ullah, 60, of the 6300 block of North Oakley in Chicago, was arrested and charged with battery at 12:50 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at the police station, according to police.
Car Burglar Breaks Window, Steals Bag
Someone broke the window of a 2001 Volvo parked in a business lot in the 1000 block of Grove Street and stole a canvas bag between 6:45 and 8:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, according to police.
Bicycle Stolen on Library Place
Someone stole a bicycle that was locked up in the 600 block of Library Place between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, according to police.
Concrete Greyhound Statue Stolen on Forest
Someone stole a concrete greyhound statue from the front yard of a home in the 1200 block of Forest Avenue between 1 and 1:05 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, police reported.
Vandal Dislodges Car Mirror on Ridge
Someone dislodged the passenger side mirror of a 2006 Volvo parked in the 900 block of Ridge court between 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, and 7:15 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, according to police.
