Medical Pad, Supplies Stolen From Evanston Office

Graffiti

Vehicle vandalism

A car parked in the 1400 block of Cleveland Street had its windshield smashed on March 7.

Residential burglary

An Apple MacBook was reported stolen from a home in the 800 block of South Boulevard on March 4.

Prescription pad stolen

A prescription pad and medical supplies were reported stolen from a medical office in the 300 block of Ridge on March 4.

Stolen bike

A bicycle was reported stolen from a garage in the 800 block of Greenleaf Street on March 6.

Theft from auto

A power inverter was reported stolen from a car parked in the 2900 block of Thayer Street on March 5.

Stolen purse

A purse was reported stolen from a grocery store in the1600 block of Chicago Avenue on March 7.

Shots fired

Police responded to a shots fired complaint in the 2000 block of Grey Avenue on March 7. According to the report, five to six shots were fired, but police were unable to locate the offender.

Burglary

Clothing and shoes were reported stolen from an apartment in the 200 block of Callan Avenue on March 2.

Retail theft

Jude Camillone, 50, of Evanston, was charged with possession of stolen property and retail theft on March 5. The offender was arrested in the 2200 block of Howard Street around 8 p.m.

Battery

Earl Robert Dunum, 37, of Chicago, was charged with simple battery on March 7. Dunum was arrested in the 1400 block of Elmwood Avenue around midnight, the report stated.
