Northwestern Student Sues Saying Harassment Was Ignored

The student says the school failed to take action against the professor after she filed a complaint against him two years ago, according to an NBC5 investigation.

A Northwestern junior is suing the university, alleging that the school failed to take action against a professor whom she said had sexually harassed her by making inappropriate sexual advances after he took her to his home, according to an NBC5 report.

The student's suit says she filed a complaint with the university against Prof. Peter Ludlow two years ago but the school failed to take action and ignored a committee's recommendation that the he be fired.
