Packages Stolen On Church, Brummel

The information in this blotter was reported by Evanston Police on Friday, Dec. 20, 2013. Where arrests are included, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Arrests: DUI, Obstructing Justice
Eric L. Jones, 27, of the 1400 block of Fowler in Evanston, was arrested and charged with obstructing justice at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, in the 3300 block of Dempster Street, according to police.
Brianna M. McMullan, 28, of the 2000 block of Downing in Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence at 4:57 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, in the 400 block of Dodge Avenue, according to police.

Bike Stolen on Benson
Someone stole a 29-inch frame bicycle that was locked to a rack in the 1600 block of Benson Avenue between 7:36 a.m. and 6:54 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, according to police.

Packages Stolen On Church, Brummel
Someone stole a package that FedEx delivered to an apartment or condo common area in the 1100 block of Church Street at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, according to police. The package contained women's skin care products. 

Someone stole a package of cookies that UPS delivered to a porch in the 1000 block of Brummel Street between 11:31 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18, and 4:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19, according to police.

Someone also stole a package containing two women's pants and a women's top that was delivered by UPS to the 1000 block of Brummel Street at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, according to police. 

Cell Phone Stolen From CTA Station
A man stole a Samsung Galaxy S3 cell phone from the CTA station in the 1000 block of Central Street at 7:33 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, according to police.
