Pipe Bomb Casualty Had Contact With Madison, WI Police Department
A spokesman for the Madison, Wisconsin police department said the department has records of two interactions with Colin Dalebroux.
The Madison, Wisconsin Police Department had two "non criminal contacts" with Evanston bomb casualty Colin Dalebroux in June 2009, according to Public Information Officer Joel DeSpain.
DeSpain declined to comment on the contact his department had with Dalebroux, saying they were sensitive in nature.
He added that records may be made available eventually, pending a review by city lawyers. Evanston Patch will update this story with any new information as it becomes available.
