Police Arrest 2 On Outstanding Warrants

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Arrests: Outstanding Warrants, Possession of a Controlled Substance, DUI

Jeffrey Emmanuel Conorquie, 24, of the 6600 block of South Marshfield Avenue in Chicago, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at Custer Avenue and Brummel Street at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, police reported.

Daniel Arthur Moriarty, 49, of the 27800 block of West Route 173 in Antioch, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, according to police. 

Star Reann Salter, 21, of the 1700 block of Brown Avenue, was arrested and charged with battery at the Cook County Circuit Courthouse, 5600 Old Orchard Road in Skokie, and charged with battery at 6:19 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 27, and again at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, police reported.

Kimbrince Wallace, 29, of the 800 block of Dobson Street in Evanston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 7600 block of Ridge Avenue at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, according to police.   

Report of Shots Fired on Darrow

Police investigated a report that someone fired a gun in the 2100 block of Darrow Avenue at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28. Nothing was found. 

Burglar Steals Computer On Foster

Someone broke the backdoor of a home in the 2300 block of Foster Street and stole a computer between 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, and 10 p.m. Monday, Nov. 26, according to police. 

Car Burglar Steals Cash On Washington

Someone stole cash from a 2007 Ford parked in the 1300 block of Washington Street between 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, and 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, according to police.

Bicycle Stolen at Elmwood and Davis

Someone stole a bicycle with black foam-padded handlebars that was secured at Elmwood Avenue and Davis Street at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, police reported. 

Thieves Steals Package From Home

Someone stole a package of clothing that was delivered by the U.S. Postal Service to a home in the 1800 block of Madison Street at 10:49 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, police reported. 

Purses Go Missing at Work, at the Laundromat

Someone stole a purse with its contents from a desk in the 700 block of Church Street at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, according to police.

A man stole a purse from a Laundromat in the 700 block of Howard Street between 5:38 and 5:41 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, police reported. 

Men Steal Kit Kat Bars From Gas Station

Two men stole Kit Kat bars from a gas station in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, according to police.
