Police Blotter Feb. 10: Arrests Made on Theft, Assault Charges; Wallet Stolen from Shopping Cart

Assault

Tamika D. Williams, 28, of Chicago was arrested and charged with assault at 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 8 at CVS/pharmacy on the 100 block of Asbury Avenue. Her court date is set for March 1.

Theft
Prince Tripp, 28, of Chicago was arrested and charged with theft at 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 8 at Evanston Gas & Food on the 100 block of Ridge Avenue. His court date is set for March 1.
A wallet and cash were stolen out of a bag in an unattended shopping cart at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 9 on the 2300 block of Oakton Avenue.
A theft of an Apple iPhone and cash was reported at 1:45 a.m. on Feb. 9 at a home on the 800 block of Dobson. The victim accused an acquaintance of the theft. The suspect was described as a 5-foot-10 black woman who's 24 years old and weighs 110 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Drug Possession
Richard S. Bowes, 25, of Chicago was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 8 at We Fix Bikes on the 1500 block of Dempster Street. His court date is set for Feb. 23.
Driving without a License
Bianca N. Viamontes, 22, of Evanston was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license at 1:20 a.m. on Feb. 10 on the 700 block of Howard Street. Her court date is set for March 28.
A 16-year-old Skokie resident was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license at 3:56 p.m. on Feb. 9 on the 800 block of Austin Street.
