Two well-dressed white men in their 20s went to a house Monday on the 800 block of Colfax Avenue and told the owner they wanted to look around in hopes of buying the home. The owner let them in, and they sat down at her dining table. She left them alone to cross the street to where her daughter lives, but left her purse in the dining room. When she returned at 2 p.m., the men were gone and she noticed $100 missing from her purse.
