Police Blotter Nov. 10: Purse Snatched at Hot Dog Joint; Burglars Steal from Lexus

Burglary

Four dollars in coins were stolen from an unlocked black 2010 Lexus SUV between 6 p.m. on Tuesday and 10 a.m. on Wednesday on the 400 block of Lake Street.
Theft

A black leather purse, with $50 cash, some credit cards and a Canon digital camera was stolen from the Little Island hot dog restaurant on the 2600 block of Crawford Avenue between 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
An unlocked blue Schwinn bicycle was reported stolen at noon at Robert Crown Park on Oct. 31 on the 1700 block of Main Street.
A second unlocked bike was also reported stolen at Robert Crown Park at noon on Oct. 31 on the 1700 block of Main Street.
Driving without a License
Maria G. Velasquez, 30, of Chicago was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license at 3:52 p.m. on Wednesday on the corner of Dodge Avenue and Mulford Street. Her court date is set for Nov. 23.
