Shots Fired On McDaniel

Police found evidence that someone had fired shots in an alley in the 900 block of McDaniel Avenue in Evanston at 10:53 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10.

Catalytic Converter Stolen on Dempster

Someone stole a catalytic converter from a car parked at Dempster Street and Hartrey Avenue between Sept. 2 and 7, according to police.

Wallet Stolen From Locked Locker

Someone stole a black bifold wallet and cash from a locked gym locker in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue between 7 and 7:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, police reported. 

Chevy Scratched on Sherman

Someone scratched the rear and passenger side quarter panel of a 2010 Chevrolet parked in the 1900 block of Sherman Avenue between 12 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, and 12 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, police reported.

Rear Door Frame Cracked on Dodge

Someone did something that left door frame cracked at an apartment building in the 1900 block of Dodge Avenue between 1:30 and 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, according to police.

Man Charged With Trespassing

John Bertel Roberts, 47, of the 1400 block of Fowler Street in Evanston, was arrested and charged with trespassing in the 1700 block of Brown Avenue at 6:57 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, according to police.
