A semi-truck got stuck Thursday afternoon under the viaduct on Dempster Street, near Bagel Art.
Part of Dempster Street was shut down in Evanston Thursday afternoon after an 18-wheeler got stuck under the viaduct near Bagel Art.
When the Walgreens truck started to go under, the impact was so strong, employees at Bagel Art said they could hear the ground shaking, a witness said.
