Stolen auto
A car parked in the 1100 block of Elmwood Avenue was reported stolen on April 22.
Theft from auto

Apartment burglary

Cash was reported stolen from an apartment in the 1000 block of Emerson Street on April 20.
Shots fired
Police responded to a shots fired complaint at the intersection of Simpson Street and Darrow Avenue on April 23 around 12:50 a.m. Officers canvassed the area but found nothing, the report stated.
Vehicle vandalism
A car owner reported that a person broke the window of his or her vehicle parked in the 400 block of Callan Avenue on April 22.
Possession of marijuana
Rodolf Bacette, 18, of Evanston, was charged with possession of marijuana on April 20. The teen was arrested in the 1600 block of Dodge Avenue around 10 a.m., police said.
Domestic battery
A 28-year-old Aurora man was charged with domestic battery on April 21. The offender was arrested in the 1900 block of Hartrey around 2 a.m., police said.
