Suspected Drug Dealer Arrested After Police Find Crack Cocaine

Evanston Police arrested a Chicago man and charged him with dealing drugs after detectives executed a search warrant at an his home Wednesday.

Frank Toussaint, 35, of the 7500 block of Oakley in Chicago, is charged with two felony counts each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

Police say they executed a search warrant at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, in the 7500 block of Oakley, where they found approximately 77 grams of crack cocaine.

Toussaint is scheduled to appear in Cook County Circuit Court in Skokie at 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25, according to police.
