Wilmette Man Arrested On Warrant

Daniel P. Elsbree, 47, of the 600 block of Lawler Avenue in Wilmette, was arrested on a warrant in the 1800 block of Maple Avenue on Sunday, June 2, according to police.

Thief Swipes Wallet In Grocery Store

Someone stole a leather wallet from a purse that was left unattended in a shopping cart at a grocery store in the 2400 block of Howard Street between 11:30 a.m. and 12:48 p.m. Sunday, June 23, police reported.

Cleaning Service Believed to Steal Jewelry

A woman told police a cleaning service had stolen jewelry from her home in the 1700 block of Crain Street between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 19, according to police.

Electric Bike Goes Missing

Someone stole an olive green electric cruiser road bike with wide handlebars that was left unsecured in a yard in the 2000 block of Ridge Avenue around 4 p.m. Monday, June 24, police reported.

Retail Theft: Hair Oil

A woman stole Remi detangling oil for hair from a business in the 700 block of Howard Street at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, according to police.

Graffiti On South, Payne, Central

Graffiti appeared in a garage in the 1000 block of South Boulevard between 4 p.m. Sunday, June 23, and 6 a.m. Monday, June 24, according to police. 

Graffiti appeared in a park in the 2100 block of Payne Street around 9:48 a.m. Sunday, June 23, police reported.

Graffiti appeared on a business in the 1600 block of Central Street at 4:47 p.m. Monday, June 24, according to police.
