Man Charged With Criminal Damage to Property
Michael S. Lilly, 51, of the 1200 block of Chicago Avenue in Evanston, was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property at 3:02 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, in the 1200 block of Chicago Avenue, according to police.

A man stole a wallet from a purse at a business in the 800 block of Custer Avenue between 2 and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to police

Hubcap, Spare Tires, Side Mirror Stolen
Someone stole a Subaru hubcap from a 2000 Subaru in the 2700 block of Crawford Avenue at 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, according to police.
Someone stole a spare tire and sideview mirror from a 1996 Nissan parked in the 2000 block of Grey Avenue between 10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, and 6 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to police.
Prescription Sunglasses Stolen on Dodge
A man stole a pair of YX prescription sunglasses with gold stripes on the sides from a convenience store in the 800 block of Dodge Avenue at 9:26 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, police reported.
Graffiti Appears on Custer
Graffiti appeared on the sidewalk in the 200 block of Custer at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to police.
