Vandalism Continues: Tires Punctured, Wires Cut

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department: 

Arrests: Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery

Carl H. Dennison, 30, of the 1400 block of Foster Street in Evanston, was arrested and charged with endangering the life or health of a child at 3:06 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, in the 2100 block of Greenleaf Street, police reported.

Julio C. Patricio, 36, of the 2300 block of Foster Street in Evanston, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault at his residence at 1:08 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, police reported. 

Andrea L. Poster, 22, of the 1400 block of Foster Street in Evanston, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery at 3:06 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, in the 2100 block of Greenleaf Street, according to police. 

Report of Shots Fired on Ridge

Police investigated a report that someone had fired a gun at Ridge Avenue and Mulford Street between 11:38 and 11:43 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police. Nothing was found in the area. 

Burglar Steals Laptop, TV On Ashland

Someone stole a Macbook laptop computer, Canon camera and Sony 45-inch flatscreen TV from the unlocked window of an apartment in the 1100 block of Ashland Avenue between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, police reported.   

Tires Punctured, Cable Wires Cut

Someone cut cable wires to a home in the 600 block of Oakton Street between 10 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, and 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police. 

Someone cut the phone wires at a home in the 500 block of Dempster Street between 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, and 5:45 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, police reported. 

Someone cut the cable wires to a home in the 300 block of Church Street at 2:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police. 

Someone cut the cable wires to a home in the 1100 block of Forest Avenue at 10 pm. Sunday, Oct. 21, police reported. 

Someone cut the cable wires to a home in the 1600 block of Judson Avenue between 9 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, and 8:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police. 

Someone cut the cable wires to a home in the 1600 block of Forest Avenue between 12:01 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, and 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police.

Someone punctured the tires of a car in the 400 block of Davis Street at 7:40 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police.

Someone punctured the tires of a car in the 300 block of Davis Street at 8:02 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, police reported. 

Someone punctured the tires of two cars car in the 300 block of Davis Street between 9 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, and 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police. 

Someone punctured the tires of another car in the 300 block of Davis Street at 8:16 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, police reported.

Someone punctured the tires of three cars parked in an alley in the 1200 block of Judson Avenue between the evening of Sunday, Oct. 21, and the morning of Monday, Oct. 22, police reported.

Someone punctured the tires of a car in the 300 block of church Street at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, police reported. 

Someone cut the phone wires of a business in the 1700 block of Sherman Avenue between 3:30 and 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police. 

Someone punctured the tires of a car parked in an alley in the 1700 block of Maple Avenue between 12:05 p.m. and 9 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, according to police. 

Shoplifters Steal Hair Extensions, Batteries, Power Bar

Three women stole hair extensions from a business in the 800 block of Dodge Avenue around 11:34 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22, police reported.

A man stole Duracell and Energizer batteries from a hardware store in the 1000 block of Davis Street between 9:50 and 10:05 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, police reported.

A man stole a power bar from a grocery store in the 800 block of Noyes Street between 3 and 3:10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, police reported.

Phone Stolen From Locker

A man stole a Samsung cell phone from an unlocked gym locker in the 1000 block of Grove Street between 6 and 6:15 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, police reported. 

License Plate Stolen on Darrow

Someone stole the license plate of a 1999 Ford reading “L754649” that was parked in the 2000 block of Darrow Avenue between 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, and 8 a.m Monday, Oct. 22, according to police.
