Using mace as a weapon rather than for defense is aggravated assault....wondering would this have happened if the "victim" had a concealed carry permit and a firearm.....does it meet the standard for use of deadly force...hmm....if the victim thought that he could have hit his or her head on the sidewalk and sustained serious bodily injury would it justify shooting both if the attackers....its an interesting scenario....my thought is that drawing a pistol would have made the "hoodratesses" think twice.

Evanston has so much going for it....Northwestern, beautiful people, homes, excellent retail, hospitals, parks, the mood is peaceful most of the time. I think in order to maintain the vintage charm the citizens must remain allert and contact police through their facebook page if they see anything suspicious. I believe camera should be erected much like England does and many more plain clothes. This wonderful municipality must not allow scum bags to feel comfortable trying to corrupt it like dope dealers....which is what some or itmismtheir mentalities.

Mood is peaceful...what planet are we on....January 5 is less than a month away.....say hello to FCCL and concealed carry for responsible citizens.....dead hoodrats get a two pallbearer funeral..I can't picture three handles on a garbage can.
