City Asks for Residents' Input on Budget at Public Meetings & Via Online Survey

A notice from the city of Evanston.

The City of Evanston’s Engage Evanston budget initiative is asking residents to participate in the city budget process by attending the two upcoming Citizen Budget Input Sessions along with taking a budget survey online or via the paper survey that was in this week’s Evanston RoundTable newspaper.

The first Citizen Budget Input Session is scheduled for this Saturday, September 17th at 9 a.m. at the Robert Crown Community Center located at 1701 Main St.

The second Citizen Budget Input Session is scheduled for Thursday, September 22nd at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers located in the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center at 2100 Ridge Ave.

Residents are also encouraged to take the quick, simple online budget survey atwww.cityofevanston.org/engage before September 22nd. Additionally, residents can also find a paper City of Evanston Engage Evanston budget survey in this week’s edition of the Evanston RoundTable newspaper which is available in many newspaper boxes, businesses and city community centers throughout the city.
