The City of Evanston’s annual budget process is currently underway and residents are being asked to provide their input as the 2013 budget is crafted.
A Citizen Budget Input Session will be held Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 2100 Ridge Ave.
Suggestions and ideas also will be accepted through Sept. 22, and can be sent in a variety of ways:
- Through the city website
- Mail suggestions to: City Manager's Office, 2100 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL. 60201
- Emai the Finance Department at budgetinquiries@cityofevanston.org
- Call 3-1-1
- Send a message through the City of Evanston's Facebook page or via Twitter
According to the City of Evanston website, this community engagement effort is part of the continuing initiative to support communication between residents and the city regarding important issues.
