With 43 of 53 precints reporting, the 'yes' vote still has a commanding lead with 73 percent.

Update: 7:56 p.m.

With 18 out of 53 precincts reporting, the electircal aggregation refrendum has the greatest lead of all Evanston referendums, as it surges ahead by a three-to-one margin.

In order to develop and adopt a plan of operation and governance for the electricity aggregation program, the City of Evanston is seeking public input through two public hearings. The public hearings will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3 at the Morton Civic Center, Room 2200, 2100 Ridge Ave., Evanston and at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4 at the Levy Senior Center, Linden Room, 300 Dodge Ave., Evanston.
