The City Council's Administration and Public Works Committee will discuss proposed changes to water and sewer rates during its meeting on Monday, Sept. 27, 2010. The discussion will be based on finding the next steps on how to raise additional revenue for these funds. The proposed rate changes would take effect on Jan. 1, 2011.
