Evanston Property Management Training Series Set for April 2-5

The Community Investment Corporation, in conjunction with the City of Evanston, will be offering a four night Property Management Training Series for Evanston apartment landlords and property managers April 2 through April 5.

Join us and hear from expert professionals about: marketing & tenant selection; routine & preventive maintenance; fair housing; collections & evictions; housing choice vouchers; bedbugs; Real Estate Tax Appeals, and more!

The cost for this series is $50, only in advance. Preregistration is REQUIRED by calling 312/258-0070 or by going online at www.cicchicago.com. The event will be held at the Morton Civic Center, Parasol Room, 4th Floor, 2100 Ridge Ave. in Evanston from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
