1. Consideration of memorandum of understanding for employment of Police Sergeants bargaining unit through December 31, 2012.
2. Consideration of amending the City Code to prohibit the use of leaf blowers on holidays. Prohibition currently exists for Sundays. A resident who has been bothered on two consecutive Thanksgiving Days by leaf blowers suggested amendment.

3. Consideration of changes for noticing proposed property use changes associated with historic properties.
4. Final approval to changes to the Green Building Ordinance.
5. Consideration of resolution pertaining to Govern Golf Course.
The Administration and Public Works Committee of the Council will continue discussion on options for further regulation of plastic bags and begin discussion on amendments to truck routes in the City.
The Planning and Development Committee will discuss changes to the City Code pertaining to Home Based Businesses.
