Social media users (and, yes, pot-heads) are celebrating today over the passage of the city council action to reduce penalties for possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana.

The measure was intended to help the city's youth find jobs, said Mayor Tisdahl at , as a criminal record for a small amount of pot was preventing some young people from getting hired.
