'Tis The Season For Construction in Evanston
Construction on Davis Street is snarling up traffic downtown.
Construction has tangled up traffic Evanston this summer, especially along Davis Street downtown.
Contractors will be doing water main and sewer work on Davis between Benson and Hinman avenues through the end of July. It's not over then, however, since street resurfacing begins on the same stretch of Davis in early August, according to the city's website.
