Luxury Home Sales Increase In Evanston, North Shore
Evanston was listed among North Shore communities who saw homes sell for at least $1.5M this year.

Evanston was named in a Crain's Chicago Business list highlighting recent growth in luxury home sales across the North Shore.
Though only nine homes were bought for at least $1.5 million in Evanston this year, that's still a 12.5 percent increase over last year, according to Chicago Real Estate Daily. Winnetka was at the top of the North Shore list with 62 luxury homes sold.
Practically every North Shore community saw a rise in luxury home sales this year, and the entire Chicago area saw a 22 percent bump in homes sold for at least $1.5 million, Chicago Real Estate Daily reports.
