Looks Like the Tribune is Loving Rauner. Quinn? Not So Much

Earlier this week, Crain’s Magazine endorsed Bruce Rauner for the Republican primaries and the Chicago Tribune has followed suit.

In a statement released yesterday, the Tribune’s editorial board not only endorsed Rauner for the 2014 Republican primaries but defended him against some of the criticism he’s been facing.  This endorsement comes after a less than halfhearted Pat Quinn endorsement for Democratic primaries.

Both Crain’s and the Tribune seem ready to endorse Rauner in the November, should he win the primaries.

Let the primaries begin!

If you can't defend your candidates, because they are crooks and have bankrupt our state yielding IL as one of the worst economies in the country, try to go after the messenger. Someone might bite.

I'm guessing this guy will be driving one of the white vans on election day, with a back seat full of street bums just registered by ACORN or some off shoot of ACORN. Nice.

What Is Bruce's stance on Leukemia ? Maybe a 30 second spot showing him in favor will help your crooks.

I prefer to endorse none of this. My preference is beyond the reach of this forum and especially, this quorum.
