Celebrity Chef Opening Restaurant at Northwestern University
Chef Rick Bayless plans to open Frontera Fresco at the Norris University Center on the Evanston Campus, the "Chicago Sun-Times" reports.
A new restaurant from celebrity Chef Rick Bayless is coming to Evanston's Northwestern University campus, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Mexican-style, Frontera Fresco is expected to open at the end of October, the article reported, and will be located in the Norris University Center. In addition to ethnic cuisine, it also will feature ice cream, coffees, pastries and a parfait bar.
Bayless has Frontera Fresco "quick serve" restaurants nearby already, one is at Old Orchard and the other in Macy's on State Street, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
