"Forgive for Goodness Sake" Workshop with Linda Stremmel

THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING… Are YOU ready to begin the exploration of why and how to forgive yourself and others?
If so, then this is where you should start. Join Linda Stremmel for-- “Forgive for Goodness Sake”: a five week class on the benefits of forgiveness and the tools to help you integrate forgiving into your life.
“Resentment is like a glass of poison that a man drinks; then he sits down and waits for his enemy to die”.—Unknown

Begin to understand the reasons and value in forgiving yourself and those who have wronged you or others by reading “Forgive for Good: A Proven Prescription for Health and Happiness”. Written by Dr. Fred Luskin director and co-founder of the Stanford University Forgiveness Project, the ground breaking book introduces us to the benefits we reap when we incorporate forgiveness into everyday life.

In this class, we will discover steps to accepting our situation including recognizing how grievances are created (the reasons why people suffer), review the science behind the benefits of letting go of the anger, and learn some of the proven methods that have been used for decades on victims of all kinds to let go of their pain. These tools are available to all of us and they will help us learn to live in the moment instead of being burdened by the past.
With life coach, Linda Stremmel, you will begin practicing these skills as a class while building a foundation of ways to include them in your daily life to improve health and well-being for yourself, your loved ones and the community at large.
The cost of this 5 week workshop is $120 Early Registration or $135 day of the event. Book is included in the cost of this workshop.
