You’ll leave the class with a well-practiced toolkit of strategies for labor and birth, handy reference materials, and membership in a small community of other new parents. This class is designed for pregnant women in their third trimester to attend with a partner and is appropriate regardless of whether you’re planning a hospital or home birth.
