Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the greatest moral leaders in history. What were the six principles he lived by? What steps guided his work towards social change? How can you learn to apply the principles of nonviolence in your work, community, and life?

The Evanston History Center announces a free workshop: “Introduction to Kingian Nonviolence.” The workshop takes place on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, January 16, 2012 from 10:00am-3:00pm. It will be led by trainers certified by the Center for Nonviolence and Peace Studies.
