Dr. Ryan Lombardo has spent several years developing an OM (Oriental Medicine) Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition Program that avoids the extreme fad diets and allows participants to eat all the foods they love in a wholesome and filling manner. All of the foods, spices, and other ingredients in the program have documented anti-inflammatory properties that will assist in bringing the body into a state of balance and well-being.
